Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time starts at 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Note: the hours are negotiable.
2. All bookings need to be pre-paid in the amount of 30% of the due charge according to our current pricelist. Bookings should be pre-paid by transfer to our bank account. The exact amount and our bank account number will be sent to the Tenant in a confirmation of booking by email.
3. The booking can be cancelled by email or by phone up to fifteen days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled no later than fifteen days before arrival, the prepayment will be fully refundable. If the booking is cancelled later than fifteen days before arrival, the prepayment will not be refunded.
4. Upon arrival the Tenant must check-in with ID, driving license or passport.
5. If the Tenant wishes to stay longer than arranged, the Tenant is requested to notify the Lessor before 10 a.m. on the day preceding the last day of the Tenant’s booked stay. If possible, the Lessor will extend the duration of the stay.
6. The bedclothes and towels are changed every week and the apartment itself is cleaned before the Tenant’s check-in and after the Tenant’s check-out. The charge for additional cleaning during the stay is 120 PLN. If the stay is longer than seven days, the changing of bedclothes and cleaning are provided free of charge.
7. In case of any damage, the Tenant should notify the Lessor immediately.
8. The Tenant is fully responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment or devices inflicted either by the Tenant or the Tenant’s visitors.
9. The Tenant will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Lessor.
10. Third parties are not allowed to use or stay in the apartment. The apartment cannot be lodged by any person other than submitted during the booking.
11. The quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
12. For safety reasons it is not allowed to use any electrical devices inside the apartment which do not belong to the apartment.
13. The Lessor has the right to refuse to accommodate the Tenant who seriously violated these Terms & Conditions, inflicted damage to the Lessor’s property or violated the common rules of conduct.
14. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
15. The Lessor requires a fully refundable deposit of 1500 PLN. The deposit will be returned by the Lessor upon the Tenant’s check-out if there is no damage to the apartment.
